Our helpdesk service is there if...

you are having trouble accessing any of our services
you are not sure which report to run to get the result you want
you don’t have time to run your reports
you would like to change the information sent in your reports

The helpdesk gives you access to the technical expertise of our data and catering experts. It is open during office hours (0900 to 1700). Out of office hours, you can log a query via email and one of our staff will contact you the next working day.
