CPI Profiling

The CPI benchmark base price is established from professional sources purchasing over £1m per annum for multiple locations. The CPI benchmark price includes all logistical costs irrespective of frequency or volume. All prices contained in the CPI index base price are real prices and updated constantly through information provided by our sources. The base price code is DF.

In order to provide benchmark prices to accommodate single restaurants, hotels and so on, CPI has researched the increased costs single purchasers with smaller spends would expect to pay. 

This is as follows:

1. DF £1m plus spend per annum (CPI benchmark price)
2. DE £0.75m to £1m + 4% of DF profile
3. DD £0.5m to £0.75m + 7.5% of DF profile
4. DC £0.3m to £0.5m + 10% of DF profile
5. DB £0.15m to £0.3m + 14% of DF profile
6. DA £0.05m to £0.15m + 17.5% of DF profile.
